The Acai Pomegranate Vodka Double is my version of a mixed drink featuring Vodka and some fruit juice. I think some people do this as a martini... but I'm not a martini drinker, so this is my preferred cocktail served in a sifter or even a tall glass. As the tall glass officially makes it a "double".. but this really qualifies as it has a double shot of vodka.

A Sorrel "bounce" is a mixed drink made from the juice is drawn from the red sepals of the Roselle plant (Hibiscus sabdariffa) [which is commonly called sorrel in the Caribbean] and dark rum.
Backgrounder - Sorrel is a favourite West Indian drink for Christmas and New Year. It is really more of a spicey kind of iced tea, as the juice is strong.
